Laurent has worked within the Hydro automotive structure for over 7 years, contributing and managing a vast catalogue of customers and product parts including battery boxes, crash management systems, decorative trims, engine housing & more.

PCQ Technologies

PCQ Technologies is a division of National Cycle Inc. Our company was founded in 1937. We supply over 38 OEM's around the world. PCQ produces Advance Lightweight Hard Coated Polycarbonate Glazing. We supply Glazing for all vehicle segments. Our Glazing has full DOT and ECE43R approvals. Our IP is forming complex shapes while maintaining optics we can do this with full graphics which are silkscreeen onto the polycarbonate before forming and after forming are encapsulated with our Quantum hard coating giving scratch and UV resistance.. Quantum Hard Coating has been sucessfully used on production vehicles around the world and as well as gaining DOT and ECE aproval, with no discoloration or peeling and passes a very tough 1 million windshield wiper test.

Estibaliz Arcaraz Basaguren is an experienced subject matter expert in Microbiology, Sterilization, Cleaning and Biocompatibility. She’s been working for twenty (20) years in Quality Operations and Product development Quality (QMS, Sterilization, Biocompatibility, Cleanrooms management, Risk management, Manufacturing Support and Release, Continuous improvement projects) in Medical device companies and Pharmaceutical Industry. She is an active member of AdvaMed Biocompatibility and Sterilization working groups. Responsible for supporting products’ certification and registration in all geographies, Estibaliz is currently acting as Microbiology and Biocompatibility Director for MicroPort Cardiac Rhythm Management division as well as independent Biocompatibility Consultant assessing several risk class products.

Per Mårtensson has more than 15 years of experience in the automotive- and composites industries with companies such as Volvo Car Group. He has a PhD from the Royal Institute of Technology (KTH) in Sweden, focused on vehicle engineering.

Théodora is a principal analyst in the Supply Chain and Technology group, specializing in automotive materials. She focuses on researching and forecasting technology and supply chain trends for the European market for lightweight vehicles.
She has more than 12 years of experience working in the automotive industry, on products such as body-in-white, chassis and electronics, both from engineering and project management positions.
Prior to S&P Global Mobility, Théodora was a Technical Project Manager for Valeo on ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems), and managed projects involving stamping and welding for Benteler and Gestamp. Her background is in Industrial & Mechanical Engineering. She holds a master's degree in International Industrial Project Management from ICAI / ICADE Comillas Engineering & Business school in Madrid.

Dr. Muhammad YAIR is a material manager and senior material expert at FORVIA (A global automotive components supplier). He is based in Germany and responsible for material roadmap, supplier developments and qualification of new materials. He is working in the field of automotive since last 15 years with a primary focus on materials. He received his PhD in Corrosion Engineering from University of Leoben, Austria and an MBA degree from Professional School of Business & Technology, Germany. Muhammad has several scientific publications, awarded patents and multiple keynote lectures in international conferences.

Gerret studied business and industrial engineering in Germany and the US. He began his career in solar thermal power with a large multi-national corporation and headed the Business Development of the Division Power & Solar. In 2015, Gerret took over CarbonTT as shareholder and CEO. Together with his father and a brilliant team of engineers, Gerret has grown the business to a leader in low-cost CFRP components for the automotive industry. Since 2019, Rheinmetall AG has a minority share in CarbonTT and supports the sales and industrialization activities.

Born June 1977 in Germany, Christian Busch´s focus is joining and bonding technology for many years now.

With a chemical-technical background, he was active for over 20 years in various positions at a German manufacturer of technical adhesive solutions.

He moved on to the Bossard Group in 2017. Bossard is a leading global provider of product solutions and services in industrial fastening and assembly technology.

Christian Busch was accountable for lightweight fastening technologies as a Business Development Manager, as well as responsible for novel joining products and technology development as an Innovation-Manager. Since 2021 he is fully dedicated to the development and implementation of the innovative MultiMaterial-Welding technology. Innovative lightweight fastening- and joining solutions are his passion and profession.
